Fulfillment Policy
At I’d Rather Create, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services in a timely and transparent manner. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we process and deliver our services once a purchase is made.
1. Service Delivery
Upon receiving your order or booking, we will review the project scope and confirm your start date within 2 business days.
All digital services (such as homepage refreshes, audits, or strategy sessions) are fulfilled according to the timeline communicated at purchase. Most services are delivered within 5–10 business days, unless otherwise noted.
The project will be completed within 5 business days of the confirmed start date. Final deliverables will be shared via email or cloud folder (Google Drive or Dropbox).
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure on-time delivery, clients are expected to:

- Submit any required content, access credentials, or brand assets before the project start date.

- Respond to communication and review requests in a timely manner.
Delays in client communication or submission of required materials may impact the delivery timeline.
3. Delivery Method
Final deliverables (design files, reports, or recommendations) are provided via email or through a shared folder (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox), unless another method is requested in advance.
4. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated, each service includes 1 round of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to a fee.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once work has begun. If you wish to cancel a project prior to its scheduled start date, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

7. Payment Security
Our site uses HTTPS encryption to protect your personal and payment information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment platform. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
8. Promotion Terms
This Flash Sale is available until Friday, June 27, 2025 or until all project slots are booked—whichever comes first. The $998 promotional rate applies only to the Homepage Refresh + Accessibility Audit. Additional work outside this scope may be quoted separately.
9. Legal & Accessibility Disclaimer
We are not a legal compliance entity. The accessibility audit we provide is based on industry best practices and WCAG 2.1 guidelines, but does not guarantee legal compliance under specific accessibility laws such as the ADA or Section 508.
